Due to all our products being custom made-to-order, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges at this time, and therefore all sales are final. Thus for apparel, we strongly suggest you look at our size chart prior to placing your order.
Also, due to orders being immediately sent to and processed at our fulfillment center, we are unable to cancel orders.
However, if a product is found to be defective, you have 20 days from the time your order is shipped to contact MOJATI for an exchange of the item. To submit a claim and be eligible for an exchange, you must provide the receipt and image of the defected item. Item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once we evaluate your claim and confirm/agree that the item is in fact defective, we will provide instructions on how to return the defective product and receive your exchange. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date. (Ex: Order is placed on Wednesday September 13th, with shipping being 5-6 business days: estimated delivery date is Thursday September 21st. Therefore claims for package lost in transit must be submitted no later than August 1st).
